If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee, please contact us at support@timbalist.com.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to accommodate your request.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident that TimBalist’s products work and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits.
If you are still unhappy and wish to return your items, you may do so within 60 days of purchase, after the initial 14-day period.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact our support team via the Get in Touch form on our website or email us directly at support@timbalist.com. To expedite the process, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Minor shipping packaging issues (like dented boxes) with the product intact are not considered damaged.
If your item is damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@timbalist.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost.
Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse cannot be returned or replaced.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, TimBalist is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
For issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and not reported within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer is not eligible for a resend or refund.
