At TimBalist, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum required.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected delivery address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 45 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location and other factors outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times by destination:
🇺🇸 United States: (10-15 business days)
🇨🇦 Canada: (10-15 business days)
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: (10-15 business days)
🌍 International: (15-30 business days)
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates. For international orders, customs clearance procedures may also cause unexpected delays, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimates listed above.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to confirm your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, TimBalist reserves the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at support@timbalist.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after this period.
Delayed Deliveries
We understand how important timely delivery is, and we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.
These may include, but are not limited to:
- Courier delays or operational issues
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs processing delays
Additionally, unforeseen issues such as product availability, address verification, or payment processing delays may impact order fulfillment. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.
TimBalist is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. That said, we’re always here to help and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@timbalist.com, and we will assist you as best we can.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal claims process. We’re happy to cooperate with the carrier and provide any necessary information to support the investigation.
Please note that TimBalist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and such cases fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If a package cannot be located, filing a police report may be required by the courier.

TimBalist reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of this policy before making a purchase.
